1. Service Requirements
To ensure successful completion of your bin cleaning service, customers must follow all provided instructions on the scheduled service day. This includes proper placement of bins and ensuring they are accessible for cleaning. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in service being skipped.
2. Service Accessibility & Rescheduling
If we are unable to access your bins due to non-compliance with instructions, the service will be skipped. Payment will not be refunded in the event of a skipped service due to unavailable bins. The customer is responsible to place bins in designated location on the day of service.
Rescheduling a missed Bi Monthly or Quarterly service due to unavailable bins may be done at our discretion. Monthly services are unable to be rescheduled.
It is the customers responsibility to request a rescheduled service, and a $15 rescheduling fee will apply.
3. Skipping and Rescheduling Services
Monthly Customers:
Bi-Monthly and Quarterly Customers:
Bi-monthly and quarterly customers may not skip scheduled services. However, they may reschedule their service for another available week with at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
4. Contents of Bins:
Trash and recycle bins must be free of the following items:
-Unbagged trash and recycle
-Animal waste and any other fecal matter
-Chemicals, paint, glue, or other adhesives
-Hazardous waste of any kind
-Plaster, stucco, concrete, wood, etc
-Unbagged leaves, sticks, etc
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their service at any time without a cancellation fee. However, if a customer cancels after receiving their first service under a subscription plan, they will be charged the difference between the discounted subscription rate and the standard one-time cleaning rate.
6. Payment & Fees
All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon service plan. Additional fees may apply for late payments, rescheduling beyond the first instance, or failure to comply with service requirements leading to a missed service.
7. Liability
Our team exercises the utmost care in cleaning your bins. However, we are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper bin placement, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
