CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAM
A full 8 week training program, which includes both gym and home workouts therefore a gym membership is not required. Every exercise included in your program will come with an instructional video and a descriptive text to ensure proper form and optimal results.
CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN
A personalized meal plan, which takes all of your food preferences into account. I can create any type of diet including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, etc. You choose which foods you’d like included and excluded from your diet. This allows me to create a meal plan that is not only effective for achieving your goals, but one that is also sustainable and easy to stick to over time as you’ll be eating foods that you’re accustomed to. Meal plans also include personalized supplement recommendations.
I will be in direct contact with you at least once a week to make sure you are on the right track to hitting your goal. These check-ins occur regardless of how often you contact me throughout the week.

Full access to private one on one communication to discuss anything you may be concerned about. Whether you have questions about certain exercises, or simply needing some motivation, I will always be available to you.
